I rang the other day to ask for an appointment to have my ears syringed. I was told that you no longer carry out this service. I was astounded to hear that you recommended that you go to Boots and buy a kit for about £9.00 and do it yourself. I was always told by medical professionals that you should not put anything in you ear for fear of damaging your ear drum. Now you recommend doing just that. I was totally unable to hear so made arrangements with a micro suction clinic to have my ears unblocked. This was very sucessful but cost £70.00. I am lucky to be able to afford this other people could not. What are they to do, stick things into their ears until they cause permanent damage to their hearing. I would like to suggest that ear syringing is reintroduced. You could charge a nominal fee to be used for the good of the surgery.

Please inform your receptionists that Nurse Julie, as lovely as she is, does not do menopause and HRT, I had to let people down to get to this appointment, just to be told I needed to come back and see a doctor. I had said to the receptionist when I booked the appointment that I wanted to try HRT, and I was surprised when she told me that nurse Julie could prescribe it, but I was desperate, so hugely grateful for the appointment. Which turned out to be a waste of time for me and the nurse! So I went to the reception desk on my way out to leave some feedback, and stood there unacknowledged for as long as I could bare before leaving, not that they noticed!! As you can see I’m struggling to keep this positive, so will end here.

Unable to get appointment with my GP. i have an ongoing issue which I feel requires continuity but now my doctor doesn’t even do clinics, and I have to see an awful doctor who has me in tears. Don’t know what has happened to this practice - so many staff have left. I try to work full time- but just am unable to get to see doctor at anytime to suit - I’m not talking as an urgent - the poor reception staff just cannot offer anything.

Requested an emergency prescription as I had run out of my medication and hadn’t been able to get any over the weekend, so it has been 3 days without my anxiety medication and was told it would be done by 5pm that day. Arrived at 5:20 and was told it hadn’t been done and no one was there to even sign one for me. Receptionist couldn’t do anything or help me. I am now without medication again this evening and have no idea when I will get them as I have now lost faith in this practice and it’s staff.

I waited 50 mins beyond my appointment time as the Dr was running a bit behind. Some patients seemed to get over 15 mins with the Dr. As i have a chronic illness i needed to talk about more than one thing, ans knew i could get this done faster than the time other patients were spending with Drs. I needed to talk about issues relating to my previous cancer as well as pain and diabetic problems. However, after less than 5 mins, the Dr refused to even talk about any other problems, turned her back on me and walked away. Well so will I.
